Production process
- 01
Material inspection
Incoming film, foil, electrolyte and lead wire are checked against specification before release to production.
- 02
Slitting & winding
Metallized film is slit and wound or stacked on automated machines with tension and alignment control.
- 03
Metal spraying & heat treatment
End-face spraying and controlled heat treatment stabilise the winding and its contact resistance.
- 04
Lead attachment & encapsulation
Leads are welded, then elements are potted in flame-retardant cases or epoxy-coated.
- 05
Electrical test
Capacitance, dissipation factor, insulation resistance and withstand voltage are tested on every piece.
- 06
Reliability verification
Sampled lots undergo life, damp-heat and temperature-cycling tests in our own lab.

- Endurance (life) testing at rated voltage and temperature
- Damp heat, steady state and temperature cycling
- Surge, pulse and dV/dt testing
- Varistor voltage, clamping voltage and surge current testing
- LCR, insulation resistance and Hi-pot measurement
- Solderability and dimensional inspection
